PRIVACY POLICY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 13 OF REGULATION EU 2016/679 FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

This document provides mandatory information as required under Article 13 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (G.D.P.R.) in force since May 25, 2018 regarding the transparency of personal data processing. In compliance with the law, users’ personal data shall be processed fairly, lawfully and in a trasparent manner to preserve users’ privacy and rights.

DATA PROCESSING PURPOSE
Data processing is required for users’ identification and registration to manage business relations in the best way possible. We collect personal data via preset filing contact forms or via e-mail. Required fields on contact forms are marked as such only because are necessary to fulfill the purposes for which contact has made.

WHERE DATA IS PROCESSED
Personal data are processed by the data controller at his legal head office or other operative offices.

PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS
Personal data are exclusively processed by authorized employees appropriately instructed for the correct fulfillment of the purposes previously aforementioned. Personal data are collected via electronic devices and/or paper archives. Security measures are implemented to guarantee the confidentiality of personal data and to avoid undue access to unauthorized parties.

DATA PROCESSING PRINCIPLES
Personal data processing for the aforementioned purposes is carried out by means of the following operations indicated in the art. 4 of the G.D.P.R.: data collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction.
Personal Data shall not be transferred to a country or territory outside the European Union (EU) and shall not be transferred on online social networks or websites. The data controller does not use automated processes, including profiling, to achieve the purposes set out in this privacy policy.
The data controller shall process personal data for as long as it is required to fulfill the purposes for which contact has made and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the purposes indicated.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
Data subject has the right to ask the data controller access to his personal data (the right of access); the right to have his data corrected or amended if what is held is incorrect in some way (the right to rectification), the right to ask for his personal data to be deleted (the right to erasure), the right to ask for a temporary halt to processing of his personal data (the right to restrict processing); the right to object to further processing of his data which is inconsistent with the primary purpose for which it was collected, including profiling, automation, and direct marketing (the right to object); the right to ask for any data supplied directly to the Data Controller by him or her, to be provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Finally, data subject has the right to be informed about his collected personal data, what they are processing, why, and who else the data may be passed to.
